As the Lantern Festival approaches, we wish to extend best good wishes to you and your family.
The Lantern Festival dates back more than 25 centuries and has come to be called China’s Valentine’s Day. It falls on the 15th day of the lunar New Year, a time of reunion, joy, and rejuvenation.
This is a time for family and friends to gather together, bringing delicious wheaten treat kids’ hands rolled into small balls and filled with sugar and flavoring. They are said to taste—not to mention look—delicious! It is a time for beautiful, lantern-lit displays that symbolize unity and good fortune.
In this Lantern Festival full of warmth and joy, the company carefully prepared a unique celebration event. All employees gathered together and spent an unforgettable time together.
The event site was decorated with lights and was very lively. The colorful lanterns were hung high, creating a strong festive atmosphere. The first was an interesting game session, and everyone formed teams freely and participated enthusiastically. In the “Blindfolded Gong” game, the contestants blindfolded their eyes and carefully groped forward under the command of their teammates, trying to hit the target gong. Bursts of laughter and cheers broke out from time to time. The “Yuanxiao Relay” game tested the tacit understanding and cooperation between team members. Everyone raced against time to pick up the Yuanxiao with chopsticks and pass it quickly. The atmosphere on the scene was tense and warm.
The most popular session was the lantern riddle guessing session. Various lantern riddles were hung under the lanterns, covering many fields such as history, culture, and common sense of life. Employees either thought alone or discussed in groups of three or five. Some cheered for guessing a lantern riddle, while others scratched their heads because they could not think of the answer for a while. In the process of guessing lantern riddles, everyone not only felt the charm of traditional culture, but also enhanced communication and interaction with each other.
In addition, the company also prepared delicious Lantern Festival for employees. Everyone sat together, tasted the sweet Lantern Festival, and shared the joy of the festival. In the laughter, employees relaxed their bodies and minds, relieved work pressure, and felt the warmth of the company’s big family.
The successful holding of this Lantern Festival event not only enriched the employees’ spare time life, enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of the team, but also allowed everyone to feel the profound heritage of traditional culture and the beautiful atmosphere of the festival in their busy work.
