Thus, we are excited to present the Alibaba Circle Battle— a contest to inspire our foreign trade sales team, with the goal of implementing growth through practice, communication, and healthy competition!
Purpose:
This activity is aimed to motivate our foreign trade colleagues to learn from each company. The shares will be used to gain invaluable experience, attract more customers, and maximize more orders through collaboration and competition among the participants. It is also an opportunity to cultivate a powerful and professional foreign trade team that will brave new challenges going forward.
Format:
For a few months during the event we will have close-range events where our marketing teams can communicate and compete, company vs company and person vs person. It is an opportunity for everyone to bring their game, to elevate and drive performance together.
